Saturday is the busiest day for Common Service Centres. However, with the new L1 RD Service mandates and increased security on the Digital Seva Portal, many VLEs are reporting downtime. Use this guide to fix your issues in minutes.

1. Login Error: "Your ID is Blocked" or "Please Check Back Later"

If you see this error immediately upon logging into the Digital Seva Portal, it is likely due to Mandatory Physical Verification or Pending Police Verification.

The Fix:

  • Ensure you have uploaded your latest Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) on the CSC Bank Mitra portal.
  • Check if your Common Branding (Shop Banner) is updated. New 2026 guidelines require a specific photo upload of your centre.
  • If blocked for security, clear your browser History & Cookies (All Time) and try logging in from a different browser like Firefox.

2. Biometric Fix: "Device Not Ready" / L1 RD Service Error

As of March 2026, older L0 devices are being phased out. If your Mantra or Morpho is not working:

The Fix:

  1. Go to Services.msc on your PC. Locate "Mantra/Morpho RD Service," right-click, and select Restart.
  2. Ensure you are using RD Service Version 1.1.4 (Android) or 5.0.0.10 (Windows).
  3. Check if your device is Blacklisted. If the subscription has expired, renew it at rdserviceonline.com.
  4. Time Sync: Ensure your PC time is set to "Automatic." A difference of even 2 minutes will cause an authentication failure.

3. PM-Kisan eKYC: Biometric Not Capturing

With the 22nd Installment due soon, eKYC traffic is high.

The Fix:

  • If Fingerprint capture fails, try Iris Scan Authentication (if available).
  • Clean the sensor surface with a microfiber cloth. Dry skin causes "Biometric Not Match" errors—ask the farmer to use a small amount of moisturizer before scanning.
  • Use Microsoft Edge in Compatibility Mode for the PM-Kisan portal for better device detection.
